Booking Conditions

1) With the booking of any of our Tours, you agree to our terms of sale.
2) A deposit equivalent to 35% of the Tour price is payable at the time of registration. The balance of 65% is due 60 days before the beginning of the Tour. No booking will be accepted without payment of the deposit.
3) Please pay your deposit and balance either by PayPal or international money transfer.
Please note that our prices are net prices and do not include the transaction fees which depend on your preferred method.  For payments with PayPal, our system automatically calculates the 7.5 % transaction fees. International money transfers cost at least around USD 120.- per transfer, depending on how many international and national banks were involved in the transaction). Bank transfers from Europe cost typically around 10%. A more economical way of transferring funds is using WISE (formerly Transferwise).
4) We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance as Andean Spirit Destinations cannot be held responsible in cases of cancellations on your part (other than the terms stated below), illness, accident, or repatriation. In the case of not covering yourself by an insurance policy, we shall ask you to sign a liability waiver. The full risk of any of our Tours is borne by the client and Andean Spirit Destinations will not be held responsible for road conditions, flight delays, missing or incomplete personal documents, remote medical facilities, or the adventurous character of some of our trips.
5) In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a holiday, we shall refund any holiday costs paid.
6) Whilst we guarantee our prices once full payment has been received we reserve the right to change our prices. In the unlikely event of having to do this, we shall notify you. If the increase is more than 15% of the total holiday cost, you may elect to cancel and receive a refund of any holiday cost paid.
7) If you cancel your holiday please do so in writing. Cancellations are payable as follows:
Up to 60 days before the departure date of the Tour an administration fee of US $ 300.- per person; 46-59 days before the departure date 60% of the Tour price; 0-45 days before departure 100% of the Tour price. Andean Spirit Destinations will not refund any transaction fees incurred, nor can we refund flight tickets purchased on your behalf.
8) We reserve the right to make changes to any of our Tours at any time. We shall inform you of this if it is necessary.
9) Andean Spirit Destinations accepts responsibility for those arrangements of your Tour which are wholly within our control. We do not accept responsibility for omission or cancellations due to higher force, such as flight cancellations, climatic conditions, strikes, or similar unforeseen events outside of our control.
10) It is the client’s responsibility to comply with the visa and health regulations of Peru and all countries visited on the trip (even if only in transit). Andean Spirit Destinations is not responsible in case of rejection at any border.
11) Your luggage and other personal belongings remain permanently under your own responsibility.
