Day 01 A representative from Andean Spirit Destinations will meet you at Cusco airport and take you to your comfortable hotel in the center of Cusco where you can enjoy a cup of coca tea to help you to acclimatize and take some rest. In the afternoon your guide will show you some of the highlights of colonial and Incan Cusco: visit the cathedral with its syncretic icons, the Korikancha which was the former main temple of the Incas and the huge ceremonial complex of Saqsaywaman outside of Cusco, from where you may also enjoy splendid views over the historical center. Enjoy a buffet dinner with live Andean music and dances at the end of the day in the company of your guide. D

Day 02 You will leave Cusco after an early breakfast to travel to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. First, you will see the magnificent Inca city complex of Pisac and briefly visit the colorful Indian market. After an early buffet lunch in one of the best restaurants in the Sacred Valley, you will travel on to Ollantaytambo. After a guided tour of this splendid ceremonial complex, you will take the train to Machupicchu where you will have dinner and spend the night in a comfortable hotel. Full board.

Day 03 We get up before the birds to take the first bus to the ruins and have a guided tour of the marvelous ‘lost city’ of the Incas until midday. We return to Machupicchu village where we will have a generous buffet lunch before we take the train back as far as Ollantaytambo where our vehicle will meet you to take you back to your hotel in Cusco. Day 04 Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. B
