Day 1
We will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Cusco and take you to our Lodge, situated in the warm Limatambo Valley around 90 km from Cusco. We will visit some fascinating Inca sites on the way: Killarumiyoq at the foot of a major Apu in the highlands of Anta, was an important ceremonial complex that also boasts remains of an Inca road and agricultural terraces. After descending into the Limatambo valley we visit Tarawasi, where there is an ushnu (ceremonial platform) with ceremonial niches and a splendid Inca wall built in the cellular style. We arrive at the Lodge in time for a delicious lunch. Afterwards, we give you a guided tour of the Lodge gardens with its trails. In the afternoon we will have our first Yoga class, followed by a nourishing dinner and a restful evening enjoying a log fire by the chimney. Overnight at Andean Lodge. Full board.

Day 2
Today we rise early and drive first to the laid back Andean town of Mollepata and then onwards to the foot of the Choquechurco mountain (1 ½ hours) from where a 2 hour uphill hike through breathtaking scenery with delightful views of Mount Humantay will take us to some hidden Inka ruins, nestled in a magic dwarf forest. After exploring this magical place with its ceremonial niches, we hike back down to Cruzpata where a home-cooked picnic lunch will be waiting for us. You will be eating your lunch relaxing in a deck chair whilst enjoying magnificent views of the snowy peak of Mount Humantay. In the afternoon we will return to the Lodge. Overnight at Andean Spirit Lodge. Full board.

Day 3
Rise early and join a meditation session with kirtan in the early morning. A 45-minute drive will take us to the Apurimac river where once again we may enjoy spectacular sceneries.  Today’s destination is the thermal baths of Cconoc, After a dip in the water we will look out for a suitable place to have our picnic lunch and relax. In the afternoon we return to our Lodge in time for an afternoon Yoga class. After dinner, you may relax by a cozy log fire. Overnight at Andean Spirit Lodge. Full board.

Day 4
Join a meditation session first thing in the morning. After breakfast, you go for a walk or perhaps you feel like booking a pottery class. We have another Yoga class before lunch.  The afternoon is free at your disposal: relax in a hammock or book an optional massage, the choice is yours! Weather permitting there will be an open-air bonfire in the evening with an optional offering to Mother Earth and the mountain spirits at an additional cost. Overnight at Andean Spirit Lodge. Full board.

Day 5
After breakfast transfer to Cusco. End of all services.
